Tester Role Overview
The Tester role is a crucial part of the Gotham Team, responsible for ensuring smooth gameplay, high-quality content, and strong community support. Testers are full staff members and contribute through the following duties:Responsibilities:
- Content Testing & Bug Reporting:
- Test new features, updates, and mechanics for quality and functionality.
- Identify and report bugs, providing detailed feedback to developers.
- Whitelist Applications:
- Review and process whitelist applications to ensure applicants meet Gotham’s roleplay standards.
- Offer constructive feedback to maintain a welcoming, high-quality player base.
- Forum Support:
- Address player tickets and inquiries via Forums and in-game systems.
- Assist with technical issues, account concerns, and general support.
- Community Integration:
- Guide new players and maintain an inclusive, respectful environment.
- Uphold server rules and roleplay standards.
Testers are essential to the Gotham experience, combining quality assurance with community engagement to uphold the server’s high standards and immersive roleplay environment.
